What is KYFC?
The Kid Yoga Fun Club (KYFC) is an outdoor yoga and activity group for kids and their families led by Ms D, the creator of Kid Yoga. She believes that we can restore our connection with one another, with nature, and with the universe as a whole through the practice of outdoor yoga. The club combines yoga, environmental restoration, educational activities, and outdoor adventures. It's a fun experience for kiddos of all ages. We do indoor classes, outdoor classes held in city parks and on local farms, and even Snoga (yoga in the snow) during the winter! For more information about KYFC, visit the club page.
